Matt, I know you've done a bunch of painting before so pardon me if anything I say you already know..... I am a finisher and have been spraying various coatings and paints for years. Over the years I have had to deal with my share of spraying probs, more often than not it is traced back to other probs than spray equipment. Since you cleaned all your guns and lines my guess would be surface contanimation. Speaking of cleaning equipment, I would flush your lines and gun(s) out with some xylene. As far as the surface goes, what brand of sandpaper are you using. Some stearates can cause fisheyes. Are you handling the tins with bare hands or with gloves. Bare hands can cause probs, so can some gloves. The powder on some gloves can be the cause. I like the thin powderless nitrile gloves. What kind of paint are you using? A 2-pack urethane? Have you tried a different batch number on the paint and/or the catalyst? Have your tried spraying on a different surface than your tins? Like maybe the fridge door, hehe.... tried a different gun, rent or borrow a different compressor?
I dunno, could drone on for hours I suppose since I don't know all the details. Were your tins stripped down to bare metal or are you just respraying the existing paint? Silicone contamination? There are additives (the only way to fight silicone is with silicone itself) that can be used to combat the problem. Let me know how it all turns out, I feel your pain. I have a whole household of furniture in my shop right now for refinishing that is and has been giving me nightmares for days now. Pledge is the anti-christ! Hehehe.

IthinkI may have trackedit down.I will try one more time here ina little bit once I finish eating.. Orignal problem was A can of PB blaster was in my compressor room and wedged its self between theway and the compressor,so everytime it shook it would let out a little tiny spray of it.. talk about a mess, Had to replace my hoses, filters and tear everytbhing apart and clean it.Well I found out I had a problem because it fish eyed really bad when I tried ot paint the rear fender.. So I tore everything apart and replaced or cleaned it.. Well I hadforgotten in my mass of replacing to reclean the tins.. So I am hoping the tins havesome blaster left onthem. So I tok a wet rag and ran over them a little bit ago,, and nope water would not stick.. SO i took some prep wipe and used my test hood (have a old caddy hood onthe wayy that i green scruddy a place so I can test spray patterns) and it looked just fine.. So i putthetins in the blast cabnet and will reprime them tonight. I am hoping the sealer coat was not 100% dry and someof the PBBlaster got stuck in it..Will let you know in afew hours.. Hopefully I wont strip to much of my mud work off. Using a light grade media so I should be safe.

Ok I will be Mad2.0 lol
Oh and I think I have the problem fixed.. Sprayed a few coats of spray filler on, all went well, guide coat for sanding, all went well, sealer coat, went well, base coat looksgood( love the black diamon base, almost ashame ot cover it with kandy) the first 2 coast of clear are on and sanded, so far no issues.. Kandy will start tonight. But right now I have a date with a hottie who likes bikes.. Sorry but I have to put the BA on the back burner and take her ot a bike show and then for a nice ride (on the bike yousick people lol) and then home to cook a lovley dinner...Who knowsmaybe she wants to learn to paint, I can show her how kandy is sprayed.
