I've recently had more numbness and tingles than usual occuring in my throttle hand on most rides (short and long). Before I attempt to add weight or similar to the inside of the bars, I'm wondering if the TTP tune will help smooth out the vibes when I get it installed, along with the dna filter and breate cover. I've disabled the AI and will remove O2 when I get the tune. Currently running short tors on my EFI 865.
Anyone got any positive experience combating this problem?

Not knowing much about you, many simply hold on too tight. Relax your grip, get a throttle lock, take your hand off for rest or rest your palm on the grip, wear gloves. The 270s really are smooth compared to the 360 cranks. If you do a lot of high speed, big road, maybe move up a tooth on your primary gear to run at lower RPMs.
I try to aggravate one person a day. Today may be your day.

I think it installs in your handlebar ends, not bodily orifices? You might have a dirty mind? Search Harley solutions, as they throb and pulsate at a annoying level at any RPM.

This is a common missconception, Harleys vibrate at idle but smooth out under power, I have both H.D. and Triumph bikes and the Harley is much smoother everywhere except at idle. Completely different character engines. When was the last time you rode a Harley,1968?

do you have the OEM grips? there are a lot of options for much better grips out there. material and especially the diameter can really affect your comfort. depending on your hand size, usually the larger diameter, non round grips take a lot of stress out of your hands (so it doesn't transit up your arms.

i raised my arms/hands, put america bars on the SM risers and problem solved, not always about the grip sometimes its about the angle of your arms, weight on your wrists etc etc, one i raised my arms a bit numbness was a thing of the past. Same thing happened with my Storm, this week putting longer cables and raising the bars another 2" to get my arms up a bit and a little closer.

Warm your bike up to normal running temp and then use the "Monitor" page in the TTP TuneLoader software to check the throttle body balance. Throttle bodies out of balance can cause extra vibration. While you're there, check that the TPS voltage is set to 0.6v at idle, both of these checks are worth doing before loading a new tune to make sure you're getting the best out of your bike.
Don't do this in the same session as loading the tune to your ECM, as the engine needs to be started from cold to carry out this operation reliably.

Thanks for all your advice. It would seem there are many possible solutions depending on all the variables, both human and mechanical, at play here. I shall be fitting my ECM back this weekend with the new TTP tune in it and, from what I've read, hope that this should change things enough to make a difference to the vibe problem as well as all the other benefits I'm expecting. I'm afraid Mike that I'm not capable/proficient to do the checks you suggest and shall have to rely on your good work in the tunes you've created. Whatever the result I shall certainly give feedback on the effect these upgrades have on my bike. Good vibes ahead hopefully!

I have the same problem and can only attribute it to poor circulation in extremities, feet hands . Different grips may help, the anti vibration devise recommened might help as well a friend liked it. Cruise control will allow you to take your hand of the throttle all together but I would suggest try some other less expensive measures first.
