Hi Celt, I live in Kent, PM and let me know what you need. Postage will be expensive and will depend on the weight, have a look at this link:
Royal Mail overseas post

Martyn If you have to ask why I ride, you wouldn't understand the answer!

Check UPS and DHL.

We all like to think of ourselves as rugged individualists. But when push comes to shove most of us are sheep who do what we are told. Worst of all, a lot of us become unpaid agents of whoever is controlling the agenda by enforcing the current dogma on the few rugged individualists who actually exist.

I ship stuff from the UK to US all the time, and use Interparcel (http://www.interparcel.com/) instead of any of the branded services. The shipments come via UPS etc, just they use their bulk buying power....often they are 1/3rd the cost of UPS etc, often cheaper than shipping within US/Canada. Same tracking, same delivery servcies just much cheaper.

The problem ive found here in Canada is the courier companies charge stupid border crossing and brokerage fees . I dont mind paying duties but these extras are a blatant rip off.

Interparcel are very good, they have an online quote facility. I travel back and forth to the UK every couple of weeks, and pretty sure UK to Canada with Interparcel would be less than Boston to BC if I hand carried it and then shipped US to Canada using UPS/FEDEX.

Hi Martin 62 . I havent used them guys specifically but its the border fees from ups and fed ex that make or break the deal.i can get stuff sent to my PO box in WA for a reasonable price but 45 mins up tha road and a border just gets stupid. I will take a look at them when im home in Glasgow later this year though . Costs me a bloody fortune bringing stuff back here in my over weighted luggage lol .

I'm lucky that I fly back and forth quite a bit for work (and I still have a house over there) so have a good standing with British Airways, that doubles my baggage allowance. Craziest things I have carried....a full set of tins (front, rear fender and tank), set of exhausts, a pair of fold up beds, literally the 'kitchen sink' for the motorhome I am having rebuilt - they BA staff are used to me showing up with something crazy. Some items are just too big, so get shipped. I friend of mine lives in Surrey, BC and just shipped all his furniture from the UK using Interparcel. In each case we are shipping 'personal property' not sure if that makes any difference? I am flying to London on Friday (working in Portugal next week), but wont have a chance to get to my house in Kent, or I would have offered to carry the parts back.
