Roscoe P. Coltrane AKA James Best has passed away . I always liked him in most everything he did but he's most remembered for his role as bumbling sherif on dukes of hazard . Ck out his obit and life , he did a lot more than that . He really was a very good guy and actor!!

ENJOY!!!!! NEWT!!!!!

Damn sure was and it's still on everyday on cable TV here in the good ole USA. Wholesome entertainment, Ever hear of that concept?

Oh, that boring stuff for you old people! I used to watch it too but I don't remember that episode and I don't think you could have had the Dukes of Hazzard without Rosco!

Hey Mike , loved that episode of Andy !! Remember his name was Jim in that show but do you remember that name of the band he was in? And also remember he was in 2 episodes the first was when Andy got him together with the band and the second was when he left the band and the man came and impounded his car . Also the band was in another episode when the mayor wouldn't let the town band go to Raliegh and Andy had this band pose as the town band so the mayor would let them go. Yes I know that I know way to much about that show but like you said it is a great show with a life message in every episode!!!! To me one of the best most important shows ever put on the stupid box we have been watching since little!!!!!

ENJOY!!!!! NEWT!!!!!

One of my favorite shows. His name was Jim Lindsey in the episodes.

But one of my favorite episodes was when Barney bought the old WWII motorcycle to add to their "rolling stock"

Sounds like he was playing rythm and lead. Is that possible, or is that just TV?
