Looking for typical cause for 1 turn signal (right front in this case) to not work. Checked with meter and there is no juice coming to this signal. Could a bad relay cause just 1 turn signal not to work? Other possible causes?
Any thoughts greatly appreciated!

I'd be looking for a short or loose connector

The front control / switchgear connects to the main wiring in the headlight bucket. May want to check the connections and voltage at that point next.

Could it be a NASCAR bike? Only turns to the left?

One quick process of elimination that might be worth it, try connecting the working left signal to the right signal's harness to see if it still works. If it does, then at least you know its just a bad signal and you dont have to go hunting for missing voltage.
Just literally had this happen to me when I did my LED idiot light conversion. I ended up botching my right signal up somehow. But i didnt like them anyway and replaced with Lucas style.

Check the wiring connector at the right front signal light. It typically is white and the female portion of the connector gets loose - needs to be tighten with needle nose pliers. Sometimes the connector is hidden in the throttle cable housing. Easy to be fooled.
