This is a top shot of the foot peg control bar, left-foot side, on my 2012 Speedy......

If someone with a 2003 - 2008 Speedy could post a similar shot of their bike, I would really appreciate it.

While I do not have a picture handy, I can say that the control mount is not the same on 2012 as the older models. Many changes in 2012 that effect interchangeability with OEM and aftermarket parts.

What specifically are you looking for?

05 speedmaster - 1100cc, 11:1 racing pistons, Carillo rods, thunderbike cams, ported and polished head, 2mm over intake and exhaust valves, Barnett kevlar clutch, scepter pipes, oversize manifolds, 45mm HSR's, TTP stage 4 firestarter

I am looking to see the difference between the two different bars. I understand that the older bars place the pegs 2 inches forward. My 2012 feels a tad cramped, whilst I felt comfy on my '03. Looking at the differences between the two model years.

I think I have one of the older bars floating around (I changed out for a chrome one), if you want to give it a try?

How much you want for it? I am interested in trying it out, but will also need to make a longer shift rod and rear brake line....

Let, me find it first.....I cleared out loads of parts a few months ago and didn't see it then. If I can find it and you can use it, you can have it if you cover shipping.

I spaced mine forward an inch with longer mounting bolts and spacers. You can get longer shift rods no problem,or you may be able to just adjust it. The brake line may have enough play. Just make sure your master cylinder isn't against the header.
