What can I do to tone down my Thunderbike pipes on my 04 america? Thanks for any info. Happy New Year!

You could add a small, inexpensive baffle in the inlet of the mufflers. That is what I did for my Rinehart mufflers to decrease the sound just a bit and add some back pressure.
Thought I had a couple of pics on photobucket to post an example but don't. Can add a pic and post if you want to see what it looked like.

Reglass the baffles?. Look for a fastener on the pipe that isn't associated with the mounting, if it doesn't have one, I have no clue how you would pull the baffle. I have Staintunes and there is no bloody fastener/bolt anywhere on the friggin' thing, so I emailed Australia and they kinda rudely told me what I just suggested to you, rudely because they kinda implied that anybody would know that. So I wrote back and told them "No Bolt anywhere on the pipe besides the mount" and they responded that that was just not possible. Believe me there is no bloody bolt, so there you go.
