Last Thursday night at Joe's Garage Bike Night I got to met a Kiwi Legend- Hugh Anderson. A multiple world champion and all round good guy. he told of his racing years and some of the highs and lows- like losing 7 racing friends in 18 months to racing incidents, some very famous people. He was promoting his new book which looks like a good read. sorry about the quality- crappy phone!

He was talking about one of his racing bikes, a 50cc thing with a power band of just 500rpm and 14! gears!

Every normal man must be tempted, at times, to spit on his hands, hoist the black flag, and begin slitting throats.
