I am looking at a set of TORs from a 04 America. My question is, will they fit on a 2013 and will it have to be remapped?

Don't see why not. Should just be bolt on and go. There is not much difference between the tor and the OEM.

I don't know much about the F.I. Spdy/Americas, but isn't there some O-2 sensors that plug into the exhaust somewhere 'tween the head and tailpipe? If they mount to the headers, your good to go. Also I have heard mention of a TORS map you get from the dealership, for a price, I would imagine. As for fitment, I believe Loco is right, plug'n'play to install.

I think the O2 plug is in the crossover, could be wrong but they are not in the pipe. Better to check though lol.
You will need the TOR tune at least.

O2 bungs are in the header pipe of the EFI models so they pose no concern here. Seems a similar question was asked here a while back. Was asked very recently over on TRat and I don't think there was a clear answer as to why they would not fit as expected on either site. As long as the header pipe shape or joint location wasn't changed when the foot peg location changed (and I think someone would have complained about it by now if it did) they will fit. Seems there is talk about the latest models having catalyzers in the mufflers now.
edit: Yes, you will need the TOR map for the exhaust change. Have it done at the dealer or do it yourself with TuneECU & a cable.

My 09 Speedi had cats in the mufflers which i removed along with the A.I. The 02 sensors are in the header pipe ( one on each cyl.). I'm sure you will have to remap it. I did my 09 and bought the cable from Lonelec in England. The tune was for an 09 with Tors and it worked fine for me.

Update. I put the TORs on yesterday and was able to take her out today. Holy Crap!! These suckers are plenty loud. Recap for those that missed the original post. TORs are from an 04 and I put them on a 13 America. My brother has TORs on his 04 speedster and these are WAY louder than his. I am very happy with the result.

Funny, I was told by a dealer that because the head pipes on the EFI bikes have the O2 sensors in them it makes them slightly longer than the carb head pipes. Therefor, when you put the slip-on TORs on, the rear hanger brackets don't line up. But it sounds like your carb model TORs fit right onto your EFI model. Is that correct? And are the TORs you are using the actual Triumph brand?
Thanks,
Mike

Long or short TORS? Inlet restriction washers intact or removed?

These are long slash cut TORs. Straight through with baffles intact. Length was perfect, fit the headers without a problem and the hangers were spot on. Not sure what you mean when you say inlet washers. They did not look like anything had been removed.

That era TORS had restrictors tack-welded into the inlet cone with an open diameter of approx. 19mm (I don't recall specifically)...if you didn't see that in place, then your TORS were de-restricted, & therefore are louder than OEM TORS.

That might explain the difference in the sound on my brothers bike. Not complaining though

Look up the part numbers of the parts around the TORs and the mufflers on your bike. See if the part numbers of the surrounding parts are the same, or have same measurements. If cross referencing the surrounding parts is fine, almost certain the pipes will bolt right on no problem. I use Bike Bandit's online parts reference.
I think there is a significant difference between the stock mufflers and the TORs on my bike. Should re-map/re-jet, but will probably ride OK without
