Has anyone had issues with their check engine light after installing a Power Commander? I have 2011 America with Power Commander and British Customs aftermarket pipes. The PC has been on for a few months but the check engine light went on after my last fill-up. Had it to the dealer and they said no codes were stored, reset the light but it went on again. Same thing, no codes stored. They even disconnected some sensors to be sure fault codes are being stored. It seems to be running fine. Any ideas? Even if nothing is wrong I don't like that light staring at me...

Can you disconnect the power commander and verify that it is causing the light to come on?
