That's one long road up to the mesa. Was going to but time slapped us back. btw, that's one nice trek from Arkansas! Blowing gravel off rural roads

OP Thensley Adjunct Joined: May 2008 Posts: 619 NW Arkansas	Moe, went through Cortez on Tuesday as part of the Durango to Silverton to Ouray to Telluride to Cortez and back to Durango. Was a great ride on all but part of the Telluride to Cortez which was very rough and poorly maintained roadway. Didn't ride the whole trip on the bike. Was camping/hiking/rafting in northern NM and southern CO with Grandson and Son in Law so rode when my old knees didn't want to hike too far (or when I just wanted to ride instead!). Long time observer of the human condition.
