Just got my 4th Triumph. First came a 1974 Bonnie, that met an unfortunate end, on a street in Auburn, Alabama, way back in 1982. Second came my beloved 1971 Daytona. My gosh that bike would scream, with its 4-speed gearbox. Sadly, it was stolen in 1984. What followed was a succession of disappointing rides until I latched on to a 2004 America. Goodwood green and silver, with hand painted coach lines, I loved that bike. Sold in 2012, I was trying to appease my wife. Now I have neither, so I just bought a 2013 Speedmaster. A beautiful sapphire blue and black, I can't believe how much I love my new ride. 
Any landing you can walk away from is a good one.
