Hi! Looking to relocate both my front and rear turn signals on my 06 Speedy. Has anyone used the brackets that Fast Eddy sells for the front?

I also hate how far the rear signals stick out... Is there a somewhat easy fix?

Thanks!!!

easiest fix is to go aftermarket indicators. if you're down with the pumpkin look you can have the the stockers' stems turned at a machine shop.

up front, fast eddy's are what i'd buy if i did't work at a machine shop.

If you are referring to the British Customs brackets the hole for the turn signal stalks is small. My new small LED signals have the small diameter stalk and fit correctly. My other "temp" signals are older and I had to fab a small plate with bigger hole to accommodate the larger diameter stalk bolt while transitioning to the LED signals.
One note is I have the triangular Triumph engine dresser bars and that does limit the size or length of the front turn signals with the dresser bars. Small signals will be no problem. Bigger and longer signals will foul my dresser bar with the handle bars at full lock.

I shortened my signals on the Bonneville I had but the stalks on the America/Speedmaster are not the same. Sure the OEM stalks could be shortened but I don't think it would "easy" to do.
Most new LED and many of the aftermarket signals are small and short. With our tag/turn signal housing this can be a challenge. Get something with a stalk or do some DYI work! The signals I went with would not extend out beyond the tag plate and went the DIY route. Plan to change the rear light/tag assembly sometime soon when I trim the fender a bit.

Did the silver bullets on the fender struts. Fast Eddy has a kit I believe.

If you go to LED you need to deal with the signal flasher relay, which is no big deal but needs to be done. Fast Eddy has those also.

So it's sounding more and more like I should just get new signals. What ones have you used?

The minis on the rear can be very easy for the cager behind you to miss.

You could do something like this...
I've done this two ways...
Method one is a chrome spacer and hollow bolt. All parts found on JP cycle.
Method two was to use a shorter turn signal stem, also found on JP cycle but did require some fiddling to get it to work.

I have the British Customs relocation and have had similar issues. My old blinkers ($15.00 a pair) hit the triangular engine guards. I put them on backward and that worked well, and most people didn't notice. [image][image]
I also had to drill the holes out a bit to make them fit.

I then got the new LED Kellermann style blinkers and was able to move them behind the forks. They are very small and still tap the engine guard on the left. (just barely)

I also powdercoated them to hide them more, I like the blinkers kind of unnoticable.

My old rear blinkers had much shorter stems, here they are mounted to Z's laydown liscense plate holder [image][/image]
My current LED blinkers stick out about the same but are only about as big around as a quarter.

The dent in my tank is why I took them off the handlebars. I'd like to see what you did as well.

I hated the way the rears stuck out too. What I did was to remove the stem, it just screws into the body of the blinker. Its locktited on there so requires persuasion to come loose. Once off one end has more thread than the other. I cut the thread off and screwed it into the body about 3 turns with plenty of locktite. I then mounted them at the lower end of the rear guard, looks much neater. The wiring will need to be cut then rejoined as the plugs won't pass through the hole in the tube.

I'll have to look into those mirrors. These are just cheaper ebay risers that aren't actual Triumph risers, so I guess I get what I pay for!
