Why not on the engine mount above the carbs? or on the side of the battery? I can think of a few other possible places, there are even wires by the engine mount that are there for a power outlet.

2.1 amps means it'll keep my big honkin galaxy note 3 juiced. holy crap i wish i'd had this on my cross country trip. 6805 miles is a long way to go with no tunes!

Eliminated something mounted. And it came yesterday (shout out to amazon prime) and it DOES put out the 2.1 amps. Awesome. A review had stated otherwise.
