Not that bolt but one of Wendys timing cover bolts was cross threaded from the factory and I tried to work it out but after about 1/2 way it finally snapped off. I left the broken piece sticking out of the inner case, it is at the very bottom and can't be seen. I did not use a gasket on it and it hasn't leaked.
