I've always liked the Honda CB models, my bike before the Triumph was a 2000 CB750 Nighthawk, its just that they are a little too tall for me.
'06 America, Raask foot controls, the bike use to be Graphite and Silver, now its Red and Black.

Having been out for a couple of years now in Japan and NZ, etc. These bikes are ripe for customization with a good amount of aftermarket stuff available. One of the guys on the CB1100 forum just ordered a white tank and side panels. Nina got me the rear carrier rack for our anniversary:

Bikes always photograph better with racks and bags (just an opinion). I like the red better. The white is OK but looks bland without some sort of accent color.

Agreed, I think the Black is also bland. Thom knew Red was the fastest anyway

Wanderlust indeed! Are you and Nina contemplating touring on the CB1100?
About a quarter's day ride from the Sun Studio's split off.
Speaking of the Arkansas Rally, PES must be getting excited...
