My 1/2" drive one is a Powerbuilt and my 1/4" drive one is a Toptul.

I tighten it till it breaks, then drill it out and re-tap it, then not tighten as much the next time

Craftsman clickers, 3/8" drive foot pounds and 3/8" drive inch pounds. The inch pounds is a big deal when you adjust the valves.

I couldn't find my snap on and picked up a little spring loaded cheap one. I think they all get you close to the right pressure.
I say don't spend a lot of money. The Roadworthy method works fabulously too.
I try to aggravate one person a day. Today may be your day.

Craftsman beam torque wrenches for me, as I want to control the force applied. I just don't trust clickers.
