I am a vintage bike mechanic and specialize in carburetors and the reason I am buying my 2nd BA is that I really do NOT want to know what any of that stuff is. Buy a vintage bike and you will quickly learn or pay someone a fortune to keep the bike in shape!

The front fender is plastic (and I think so is the rear). How can it rust ?  Or is this more for the classic Triumphs complete with the funky electrics ?

The drive chain is on the traditional side on the drawing, so you may be right.
