I haven't seen any recent tach install recommendations. I looked in the Tech Vault and saw the old Drag Specialties instructions for non EFI bikes.
Will that tach and wireing instructions work for my 2011 America EFI? I'm looking for a less expensive tach alternative than the on Triumph Offers. Thanks in advance for the info.

I have an 07 America (carb), I ordered a drag specialties tach (electric) around 2 yrs ago...no problems and it has served me well. Simple wiring and presto! If interested I can take some pics of the wiring if you want...if that helps.

No, but I dropped the stock speedo and installed an Acewell instrument (tach, speedo and a whole lot more) in the console.

Found Triumph part number A9828006. Is this the only option? Pricey at $200.00
