Lions, Saints, 49's. In that order I suspect we are at odds but we can both hope for a good game.

Overpaid grown men playing a game. They are actually strangers, and the majority of them are neanderthals, who, if new overwhelming evidence is correct, will more than likely die a stupified, drooling, inglorious death in their later years. Sad.

If I was the GM in Washington Russel Wilson would be a Redskin now. I think he was the best of the big three QB's in that draft. Now the 'Skins are stuck RGIII who the league has already figured out how to defense. I too will be routing for the Seahawks thinking about what could have been!

Rumor has it that the Chargers are going to crash the game in Denver and beat both the Broncos and Patriots at the same time.

Can't stand either Brady or Manning or their teams, so in the Super Bowl. I'll have to root for the whoever makes it from the NFC. The Mrs is a huge Hawks fan, but, either Hawks or 9ers is fine with me. It feels like it is the first time in a long time that the teams in the playoffs are the ones that should be there.

Sorry. That boat has sailed, they are back in San Diego planning where to go on Spring Break. Ft. Walton Beach or Disney World. If the Broncos on the other hand don't play any better than they did against the Chargers last week, they will be joining them.

Now Paul, why would a San Diego team need to go to Florida locations in order to get to great weather, huh?!

I mean, not ONLY does SoCal have great beaches TOO, but the REAL Disneyland is just a few miles up I-5 from Sandy Eggo, ya know!

(...and besides, it's NOT as if they're stuck in some kind of place where rain is almost a daily occurrence, such as say Portland Oregon!!!)

I heard that if the New England bus broke down just before the game and Denver started without them 4 plays later they would miss a field goal.

So I figure New England may be a good bet.

Well Ron, for THAT matter, New England has ALWAYS been a "good bet" since that football genius Bill Belichick started coachin' 'em!

Well Ron, Denver could get lucky and have one of those blockbuster games where Manning scores 4 or more TDs. I think he is due.

I think it will be interesting with the fact that the stadium is open and on the east coast. I can't remember a frigid superbowl in a long time.

I would have liked to see Brady be the first QB to start 6 Superbowls, but I'll be happy to see Peyton go and hopefully win so there isn't the discussion of if he is better than his idiot mouthbreathing brother

Yep, good point Dave, and as compared to the Broncos being in Tom's face almost the whole game.

My early line for Super Bowl XLVII:

The Broncos by 4 1/2

(...'cause a 2nd year QB has NO right to win it all...and probably won't)

Apparently he got the NFL mixed up with the WWF. It'll be interesting to find out how much the NFL fines him for going off like that. Totally uncalled for. You won the game, that should have been enough said, walk away and prepare for the biggest game of your life.

Yep Bill! AND, because of this fact and the higher television ratings expected to come from those two states in particular, word is the Doritos people believe their Super Bowl commercials this year will be ESPECIALLY successful in moving their product off the shelves in the greater Seattle and Denver areas for some time to come!

My guess is that his whole "How dare they run a play in my direction" feeling of superiority are sad attempts at covering up dire feelings of insecurity elsewhere within him, Chad.

While I was always taught to "act like you've been there before" and do not like the end zone "celebrations". I got to say I'm not all that hard on the Sea-hawks d-back. First of all, the guy plays one of the hardest positions in the game and right after a game ending great play still high on adrenaline someone puts a mic in his face. Secondly, he just made the play against his worst enemy, these two have had bad blood between them for some time, actually almost a fist fight off the field of play. Thirdly, from most accounts he's well educated and well spoken when not hyping "the game".
Yes, but leave that crap on the field.

As Richard Sherman says..'I am an all-pro Stanford Grad"..not many can say that and there are lots of videos out there that dispel His actions...but that doesn't read well and they like to hype all this for the game..So I will be in Las Vegas with Dean Speer for the big Game after some riding before and after.Renting a T-100 from Freedom Cycle and going to enjoy my 4+ days in the sun!!Go Hawks!!check out this video that does some insight to the man!http://youtu.be/VbQGlO0B5nY

Just an update on Sherman, seems he was miked during the playoff game with SF. This is the video of the "bad behavior" he got fined for, taunting? Tell me who is being a bad sport.
