I am currently in Charleston, SC on business. I was looking at finding the local Triumph dealer, but it turns out that the closest dealer is either in Savannah, GA or Batesburg, SC (which is very near Columbia, NC). I am not familiar with either dealer, and it probably isn't worth the 2 plus hours of travel time to just look around.

I'm not familiar with either of those dealers, but you're probably right. I've yet to find a dealer that's worth more than about 15 minutes of my time. I'm sure there's a few still out there, but most have been gobbled up by the multi-brand superstore concept. The independent dealer that I bought from was.

The only thing they know about Triumph is how to spell it on the purchase order.

Ridge Motorsports taint the biggest dealer around, nor the richest, but the EnglishYankee is right along your route. (45 minutes East). I've been there. Nice dealership, a mom and pop place.

Yea Triumph is doing a ****** job of branding , so they are becoming as generic as jap cruisers. Pretty sad really. Such great bikes with such a great history is really a supplemental line now.

I worked in SC for seven years. You're lucky to find safe drinking water.
