alright fellas. i finally finished this thing. when i rebuilt my motor i made a very thorough step by step video of it. it's the first time i've ever done a video like this and the first time i've ever rebuilt a motor, so bear with me. i also installed the 994 big bore kit from tpusa. i have 4,000 miles on it so far and it's going strong. it's a 2 part video. the link for part 2 is in the notes/table of contents. enjoy.

Ditto on the Tech Vault. Vey nice job on the video! I really enjoyed it. I now think that I could rebuild somebody else's engine!

Well done! Thanks for taking the time to post and edit the video. Videos/'pictures are time consuming and some of us are too hyper to slow down and put something like this together.
Tech Vault material no doubt !

Brin... Fing excellent! Well put together video! When I ever get around to doing my BB build this video will be a part of that for sure!
Had me smiling ear to ear when you fired her up.

Id ask "how does she feel" but I doubt words would do it justice!

These videos NEED to be in the tech vault!

Brin... any comments on your final setup? Any dyno runs made? What about the FCRs? Can you give us any details on jetting?

Impressed with the acceleration during the first few seconds of the video. Any more video footage of the bike in motion would be greatly appreciated.

Muchos Thanks

unfortunately the build pretty much put me in the hole for awhile so i haven't done any dyno runs. i still can't really do wheelies on it but the front wheel lifts off the ground a bit on 1st-3rd. i don't think the tuning is dialed yet. all i can say is you really have to hold on tight when you get on it.
