Soooo...I met some folks for breakfast over in Vancouver, WA on Sunday with every plan to go back home and try and do some work around the house. It was gorgeous outside, so I thought well, maybe a short ride. Seems like a waste not to go since the wife and child are out of town. Well...200 miles later, I rode around Mt. Hood. Whoops!

The first stop was Beacon Rock...really I just had to pee, but the rock is really neat looking.

Next stop was the Mt. Adams Chamber of Commerce pullout. I wanted one pic of Mt. Hood from the Washington Side.

Highway 35, just a little ways outside of Hood River.

This is White River Sno-Park. This is where we like to go sledding. Hmmmm...looks very different in February.

Timberline Lodge doesn't look so creepy with all the tourists in the bright of day.

As close as I can get to the summit without a ski lift.

I was trying to get a picture of Mt. Jefferson, but it was just too hazy. You can see Trillium lake down there though.

The one town up there on the Mountain.

Lunchtime!!

Suffice it to say...nothing got done around the house.
