I've been having an issue with my lights. I had brake light and parking light on the back , but up front only had hi beam. I dug around and I found a burnt wire in the head lamp bucket. Pulled the wire loom out the back and fixed the burnt wire and got it all back together in the bucket.
By the way there are 2 large connector blocks that come apart and they will each connect to each other so be sure to mark one of them or they may go together wrong. ....Any way now I have low beam, high beam and parking light in front but in back only brake and parking light. The tail light does not shine when the key is on. I wonder if the ignition switch is on the fritz?
Any body have any ideas? BTW I also switched the relay

You've checked the tail lamp to insure both elements are good?

First thing I checked, and as I said the brake light ( top filament) and the parking light (bottom filament) both shine but the running light don't . That should be the same as the parkimg light only when the key is on Now only shines when key is in the park position.

How about the parking light when you're in the key start position? If that's off it may very well be the ignition switch.
