Bought my Triumph America in 04. Still feel the same excitement every time I ride. Nine years later and there is still nothing I would trade my America for. Lots of NICE bikes out there but they just don't hold the feel. Anyone else feel the same way or what would you trade for?

Well maybe it's not fair but now I got one of each so I don't have to choose.

Nope. Never trade or sell. Mine will either go with me to my grave, or, more likely, I'll be riding it to my grave. Better than fading away slowly.

Agreed, I bought mine in 2004 and have no plans to ever get rid of it. Lots of great bikes out there, many of which I really like, but nothing that I like as much as my BA.
We all like to think of ourselves as rugged individualists. But when push comes to shove most of us are sheep who do what we are told. Worst of all, a lot of us become unpaid agents of whoever is controlling the agenda by enforcing the current dogma on the few rugged individualists who actually exist.

Here ya go, guys. I'll supply the soundtrack for this little love fest here .... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1NzGrBwgezY(...and yeah, for the record, I feel the same way)
Yep! Just like a good Single Malt Scotch, you might call me "an acquired taste" TOO.(among the many OTHER things you may care to call me, of course)

Sadly my 07 tiger converted my 06 ba to a garage queen. As far as small cruisers go there is nothing like the bonny america. If the engine goes out of the tiger someday I will be trading the bonny for engine work.
