I just got the news that I'm getting transferred (promotion pending) to Utah. Now I have to figure out how to transport my car, motorcycle, household crappola and cats by mid July . . . I've never been there so it'll be a mega adventure!
I would be unstoppable if not for law enforcement and physics.

LOL!! I'll be up by Salt Lake City. I was happy to see there is a Triumph dealer there (yes, I checked before I put in for the promotion).

I spent about 10 years in Utah, 79-82 in the Red Rock country outside of Monticello, then 83-88 in Logan attending Utah State Univ. I liked the country & people. There amazing landscapes there. I claimed to be the token gentile so USU could continue to receive federal funding . I did sell my 76 Bonneville to help pay tuition one year. SLC is a regular metropolitan area, they have stop lights and everything there . I only made it back once in the past 24 years, good gawd where does the time go anyway? Enjoy jh

You won't be terribly far from the salt flats the Bonneville is named for. That can't be bad!

Bragging Rights would be better.
But don't forget, Forest didn't stay there.
Best wishes, and enjoy!

I have a lot of family in Utah, a few even ride. Bikes are very popular there. It's either -10 or 110 is how they describe it. Of course they are a little north around Logan. You will be able to make to Dwight's next summer. Congrats on the promotion, and enjoy Utah. Now set your watch back 20 years.

While Utah has some...uh...eccentricities it is one of the most beautiful places in the world, particularly in the southern end. Zion, Bryce, etc., are amazing.
