Okay, here's what I mean. Take a look at this news video here... http://www.cnn.com/video/#/video/us/2013...ogledmn_mpvideo...and then tell me what the cop did that was so dumb. (...I'll wait) Okay are ya done watchin' this thing? And have you figured out why I THINK that cop was so dumb and NOT just the moron on the sportbike who while wheelie-ing behind the cop crashed into the LEO's car? Well, it 'cause the cop JUMPED out of his car and immediately started manhandlin' the moron. 'CAUSE ya see, what the cop SHOULD HAVE DONE was immediately jump out of his car and start derisively LAUGHING at the moron INSTEAD!!! 'CAUSE ya see, I'M thinkin' that SOMETIMES there is NOTHIN' in ALL the world that helps "motivate" SOME people to CHANGE their stupid behavior and stop makin' their STUPID freakin' CHOICES in life than a little SHAMING by means of OVERT DERISION!!!!  (...though of course it seems in the past around HERE I have received a few responses that THAT'S "never a nice thing to do"!!!)

The first thing that idiot cop should have done was check the guy out and make sure he was alright.

Maybe you missed seein' it clearly Marty, but the sportbike-ridin' moron not only didn't hit the cop car hard enough to get hurt, BUT said sportbike-ridin' moron's very first move was to begin picking up and righting his machine. And so, I have a feeling the cop noticed this also and surmised as I did that said moron wasn't all that hurt, if at all.

Probably most is a more accurate assessment. But I guess that how ever you slice it SOME, leaves it open to any given proportion.
