So friend of mine has an 03 america and was chaging his oil put the drain plug back in heard a sort of snap sound took the plug back out to check it, put plug back in and pieces fell out. Now I was not there so I cant say anything. So short of the long any one heard of any of you heard of this?
Where would you recommend I send to find a cheap replacment?
Thanks for you time.

Hmmm , that's a strange one. Usually the threads will go first. Maybe the thing was all fractured from slammin' down on a speed bump or somefin. If indeed it's the oil sump casting, that's gonna be a Triumph part order, 'cause those things just don't show up casually like some other parts. May try Pinwall.
