Had pretty lot of free time during the winter, so I decided to modify the Speedmaster a bit: After hating the registration plate sticking up in the air for too long, I went and bought a Rocket tail light off eBay. Well, the damn thing requires quite a lot of space underneath so I had to create a bump in the fender. As well as cut some 20cm off of it. While at it, I dumped the original blinkers and installed Kellermann plate holder and LED signals. Replaced the drag bar with a fresh, a bit more aggressive one to accommodate the Kellermann bar-end signals. The paint was a headache for a few months and I ended up to Triumph Goodwood Green. Pretty good, actually: some glitter in the sunny weather but quite alike British Racing Green in the shade. The heart got some improvements also, naturally. TPUSA 904, billet manifolds, Nology coils and wires, Iridium plugs, Air injection removed long ago and now also the airbox - replaced with UNI PODs. Threw in Barnett clutch and springs, measured A/F with Innovate MTX-L (145 mains, 45 + thumb screws idle, Dynojet needles (on groove up from the regular) and springs). The current ToRs will need to go. Working with the original cans with some interior design. I runs pretty good as it is though ... Awful pics with the phone's camera, giving the general idea of the tail and the paint though:

Very nice mod's. And the motor work sounds awesome. I've always felt sorry for countries that require that "Billboard" size tag plate. I believe I'd be out to elect officials with 20/20 vision, and change that crap.
And you may see me tonight

What he said. Seeing those "Billboards" makes me think ours aren't so big after all.

Great work. Have you thought about a side mount for your tag?

Nice work. Did you do all the work on the fender yourself? Would love some details on how it was done. It's impressive either way.
