I just got back from a trip to Ogdensburg to pick up a new tire from America Motorcycle Tires.
I ordered an Avon Venom-X 170/80B 15.
They confirmed an Avon Venom-X 170/80 B15.
They shipped an Avon Venom-X 160/80 B16.
I just sent an email. Lets see how good their customer service is.

I hope they treat you well, I buy all of my tires from them. I've received the wrong tire from them twice, but both times it was exactly what I ordered. I sold them on Ebay and got more than I paid for them . I love AMT!

I've used them a few times, never had any problems, failry fast service too.

I just heard from them. They are willing to exchange the tire but I have to take it back to the US to ship it back and then go back and pick up the replacement. The gas, border toll and my time for 3 trips is going to cost me a lot more than I was saving.

So far so good. Looks like they may be willing to ship a replacement before getting the return, which means I can do it in one trip.
