just noticed that when the bike has sit for a day or so and i go to turn the fuel on that sucker can be pretty tuff to turn, do they rust up or something, or does it just need some WD40 or?

Mine has been doing that for 8 years now, never tried to do anything about it and haven't had any issue with it other than the occasional stick.

A little WD40 along the valve's exterior seal won't hurt.

Seriously though... thats why I went with a Pingel. That and it looks better. Yeah pingel flows more rule blah blah but it does nothing for us really unless were building drag bikes. Even though we may ride like were drag racing the real benefit to a pingel is that silky smooth operation....and shiny. Shiny is good.
