What are some comfy grips that won't break the bank for my new 2013 America ?
I think these are 1 inch bars ?

ISO grips a no go for me . Too thick for my hands

Avon makes some very good ones. Smaller in diameter than Kury and American made , lifetime warranty and about 60.00 and come in black or chrome. I see if I can find a link, sit tight.

Any grips for 1" bars will work. I did have some shorter ones I had to cut the throttle sleeve to make work. I've changed mine several times. Currently, I'm using Moto Grips and like them very well.

NOPE ! Those are for a Harley, I just used that link for the pic. Do a search for Avons for an Am. or SM or support a local dealer. The chrome looks better on an Am. and the black looks better on a SM.

Take a look at "Vintage Radial Rubber " black grips sold by Joker Machine. Cheap and very comfy! I have seen them on other sights in red and in white also. I have the black grips with vintage red diamond cut reflectors in the end of each grip.

For the black just search www.jokermachine.comI am not sure about the red or white grips but I think they might be fro J & P Cycle? They have both Joker Machine and Avon which are available in black, red and white and known as "antique Coke Bottle" style grips. Good luck and ride safe! Bluto

I had those on a old 750 Honda ! So, those Harley grips will fit ok. Not too long ?

I wouldn't think so. Different bar diameter. Some later models Harley grips mount with a raised lip that goes into a recess in the housing.

Should be no problem from what I understand. Anything that is for a 1" bar.

Those grips will fit IMHO, you just take off the bar end. If memory serves me well the left grip you will need to glue on its ID is a little big.

Harley grips will work just fine. All 1 inch grips will work on our bikes. You might have to fiddle with the throttle sleeve a bit but that's all.
2008 Speedy, AI removed, DIY airbox destruction with K&N filters, spectres, re-jetted and "custom" rattle can paint job.
