hello,

i've owned the epcos for years and have been happy with them. i just installed the 994 big bore with head work and fcr's. while exiting the freeway the other day i let the engine wind down from high 3rd gear rpm's and blew the baffle out of one.

i'm now looking for a new set and am looking for suggestions with performance in mind. also, if someone has knowledge of why pipes are better than others i'd love to know!!

thanks.

02 bonneville america, only bike i've owned, bought new. tpusa 994 big bore, Carillo rods, stage one head work, fcr 39 carbs, bc bomber pipes

Hookers for big twins, thats what I run. The ones with the adjustable baffles.

I have no faith in human perfectability. I think that human exertion will have no appreciable effect upon humanity. Man is now only more active - not more happy - nor more wise, than he was 6000 years ago. Edgar Allan Poe
