That full throttle is unique. I have never seen one like that before. Interesting.
I got a tatoo when I was young and the person screwed it up. So I never got another one. I tried three times to get it fixed and it still looks like I got it in prison by a drunkin epileptic in the throws of a seizure.
I have wanted some other ones but my luck has not been so good in that department.
I have no faith in human perfectability. I think that human exertion will have no appreciable effect upon humanity. Man is now only more active - not more happy - nor more wise, than he was 6000 years ago.

usually when I'm in jail and I see a drunk epileptic in the throes of a seizure I try to get a tattoo

I got it in a supposedly reputable tatoo parlor, by a supposedly reputable tatoo artist.

that's the scary thing about a tattoo, can't just sand it down and repaint it

That's pretty much my criteria for getting inked, except I have to be drunk too.

all depends on how tough you are! determination probably would help too, and a power sander.

I currently have two non motor bike related tats;  My buddy's friend has two 'neat' bike ones tho...
