Got my bike back from the shop at the beginning of this year. Working on a few minor things before riding season. [image] [/image] Need to cut lower rear passenger peg brackets off. Brackets off now. Phase 7 LED Headlight (7 inch) Gonna remove my Speedometer and Tachometer. Replacing with Dakota Digital Gauge Combo. Putting it in the tank console.

It's a Maverick fender. Great part. Wanted to save my stock fender, just in case.
I don't have any spacers on the risers. It's all stock on the Forks. Well except for the black handle bar. The bar is from newbonneville.com.

I bought the headlight from motorcycle-superstore.com for $269.99. Half the price of some of the other LED headlights I was looking at. They don't make one specifically for the Speedmaster. As long as it's a 7in. headlight and it has an H4 Plug it's a direct plug and play. I ordered the 2007 Yamaha Road Star. Before you install the headlight your gonna have to remove the little TAB on the top inside of the stock headlight ring. Grind it off smooth or cut it if you have the tools. If you grind it off do it in intervals so as not to heat the metal to ruin your chrome or paint job on the outside of the headlight ring. It's a snug fit, but it fits perfectly. The led draws WAAAY less ampage so the light maintains a consistent brightness when idling. My stock light would dim significantly when idling. The brightness. WOW!! Very bright. The low beam is brighter and shines further than my stock headlight on high beam. On high beam, there's no words to explain the brightness. VERY BRIGHT is all I can say. Side note though. on low beam there is a definite split with the light because of where the led is set up inside the headlight. But don't get me wrong it is still bright and worth it. I'll try to get some pics and/or video soon.

Nice. I really like the blacked out look. Are you going to paint/powder the plastic "center console"?

fandscycles.com F & S Cycles in Eldersburg MD. I have turn signals built into the front and backs of my Rivco mirrors. I aslo plan on putting a set of TruWraps blinkers on my lower fork shrouds. You can get the TruWraps from customdynamics.com or ebay. [image] [/image]

Again, love the bike. Do you have some leds under the tank or am I seeing things?

I like to make sure my bike is visible at night since it is all black with no chrome. And It looks sinister with the red leds on a blacked out bike.
