thanks - yeah - I will sorely miss my TBA - but I really couldn't justify having multiple bikes. I know it works for some people - but I just can't do it. this thing is aptly named, I can say that....the difference, especially in roll-on accel in higher gears is just astounding.

yep - I wrote back over there too. I did some research first, and it looked from other comments here and elsewhere that the .net forum was the better place to be. I haven't gone and registered at .com yet.
I love the black and white paint scheme. I'm thinking of getting a corbin seat for it (eventually) and want to go black and white - but I'm pretty sure they won't be able to match the white - which will make me hesitant.

One day I plan to get a rocket 3. Not gonna trade in Matilda, but plan to have one some day.
I want to replace the air box with pods and build a custom header. Then bob that bugger down to bear bones.

I hope you have better luck with your Rocket than I did. Two weeks after making the trade of my America for a Rocket, I regretted it immensely. A year later I sold the Rocket and then later in the season bought back my old America. The Rocket was just too big/fat/hot/heavy/expensive to maintain for my tastes.
