This year is the 60th anniversary of the Gaffers Gallop when 3 managers of Triumph Motorcycles Edward Turner, Bob Fearon Alec St John Masters rode 149cc Triumph Terriers from Lands End to John O'Groats. On 15th October 1953. A request has gone out to find a film made of the ride by ESSO.
Just a long shot that someone on this site has a copy of this rare film. Please get in touch if you know the whereabouts of such a film.
