I think I'm done with the modifications for a while, maybe...

Starting at the front...New turn signals

Drag Bars, Speedy Risers, and bar end mirrors

Bobbed the rear fender, installed 3-in-1 tail lights, run-brake-turn
The plate is illuminated by the bottom 2 plate bolts.

Twisted shift linkage from Ryk, 50 cal chock knob, freak, & home made battery relocation

Front Turn signals are from British Customs, Mini Retro-Style

the bulbs have 2 filaments, so I wired both filaments for turn signal operation, not a fan of running lights. So with both filaments operational they are bright. they are 8w bulbs and due to their low resistance they will require a Solid State blinker thingy like you use with LEDs.

Lonzo is the one that dsigned and built the brakets, well thought out for sure, and the stalks on these signals are as short as possible without running in to the headlight bucket

So this startedlife as a Standard GFG Sprocket Cover. A day of cutting, griding, sanding, polishing, bead balsting, and more polishing. It's by no means perfect, but it's a start.

Test Fit, Polished but not yet bead blasted. Hard to get a mirror finish on cast metal pieces =(

Now, Bead blasted and pretty much finished

Thanks Dwight. On the next one the forst step will be to grind down all the casting gates to allow smoother cuts and easier drilling.

did you just polish the face and leave the rest painted grey? that's a nice look

In short, yes. I used the right angle grinder to remove the ridges, then sanded the face all smooth (100 grit, then 220). Then I do a series of rouges to get the desired finish, then bead blast, then another type of rouge to give it an incredibly smooth finish. It's like glass.
I didnt touch the sides, too much damn work to refinish the entire thing.
