 Yeah, there's like over a pound of bacon on that BLT! This was my reward for having a cholesterol test come back with "excellent" across the board! My wife was pissed that I eat bacon almost every day and my cholesterol was awesome hahaha. I washed this down with a 24oz vanilla malt

That looks like my BLT, only I serve it with fries, chocolate shake with Pepsi back, only being health conscious I use toasted wholewheat bread. Coconut cream pie for desert with coffee.

Speaking of healthy foods  I’m sure everyone is familiar with a Coke float, Rootbeer float, etc etc When I was a youngster I worked at a mom and pops meat and three ( many, many years later I ended up owning said business for a period of time, but that’s another story) Met the love of my life there, I was too dumb to realize it at the time, took me a while.  Back to my original thought, we used to serve Pepsi shakes there. Hand dipped pure shake base (real ice CREAM) blended with Pepsi instead of milk. Basically a blended float. Add a hot grilled cheese sandwich with a pickle chip on top, hot crinkle fries, damn that was some good stuff.

Dwight the funniest thing, at least here in PNW if any menu item is called a "California" turkey club, BLT, omelet, etc...that means it has avocado. I guess that would make it the California Heart-attack BLT.

When I worked downtown we would go there about once a week.
Sure miss it now that I work in St Charles.
Try their Tamale smothered in Chili sometime......
