Suzuki was offering killer deals on holdover 2011 models and 0% financing for 5 years. I had ridden the 1000cc big brother version of this bike but never the 650 and I was a little worried that it would be too small. I should not have worried. This bike is lighter and better handling than its big brother. Triple disc ABS brakes. Fuel injected, water cooled, sport bike handling with an upright seating position more suited to man of my (ahem) age. This bike is a blast to ride. It came with color matched factory side bags but I took them off and stored them and mounted a small top box for commuter duties. I also binned the ass killing factory seat and replaced it with a Sargent seat, huge improvement, and I added a set of bar risers to better fit me. All in all a very capable little bike and an extremely good commuter.

Nice Wee!

I have been pondering a Wee as a second/commuter bike. You just don't hear bad things about them.

Yeah, the new ones have been updated too with more power and updated bodywork. They really are fun to ride , it's an excellent commuter and yet you can easily take it on a road trip. If you are considering one and you would like to really see what other owners think and what they are doing with their bikes, check out the website Stromtroopers.com

One the best do antthing bikes around for sure. I don't know what you were worried about with it being a 650 there was a time when that was a big bike. I don't where they come off today with this bigger is better crapoleum, they talk about bikes like the America as being a starter bike ,I have to laugh at that. Bigger is not always better and that 650 will carry you cross country or around town or in the woods if you like just fine. I amsure you will enjoy that bike for many miles

ENJOY!!!!! NEWT!!!!!

always loved the look of the V-Strom, and love V-twin sport bikes. Sold my Super Hawk back in '06, it was the most enjoyable bike I ever owned.

Nice Catch!
