ok so im thinking a good winter project would be aftermarket pipes and a rejet of my 07 america. sources for good cheap pipes. im not above using used parts

There's all kinds of cheap pipes out there. Just look for something that is 1 3/4". The big question is, what style do you want? and How loud do want them?

Chevy 605 is a member/vendor here, you can find his pipes in the vendor section or on ebay under the same name. He takes stock pipes and modifies them for more sound and performance

mike i just worry bout mounting them do have to rig some kind of hanger in the back?

John, if you are not comfortable fabbing a hanger, JCW sells a universal hanger for those pipes. Check em out
