What is the simplest way to disable the AI on an 03 America? I've done a lot of searching but everything I've found is for EFI models.

Buy an AI removal kit.
Fasteddy AI kits page

I have had both and both are fine. Just a matter of preference.

My dealer did mine when I bought the bike in '05. If you're doing it yourself the kit is the way to go. Gives you all the pieces you need. Very easy to do.
