I was hard prying that two bucks from my wallet, but I finally did. Just think, in a short time I'll be a multimillionaire and I'll more than double my number of friends and relatives! I think my first humanitarian act will be to finance the compete decimation of deer in my home state, so I can finally ride at night again! (I'm pretty sure, with this much money, I can buy enough politicans in my state to make this happen)

I purchased two tickets containing 10 quick-picks yesterday, Mike. One ticket for Judie and I, and the other I immediately mailed to Judie's niece's husband in Pasadena who sent her an email asking us to get 10 quick-pick numbers for him there, as California isn't involved in this multi-state lotto.
We won a whopping 4 bucks with our ticket, but as of this time(8:30am MST) they haven't announced where in AZ that winning ticket was purchased.
And so, IF it turns out to have been bought in Sedona, and IF somebody doesn't come forward to claim that fortune for a while, AND because I didn't write down the numbers on the ticket I mailed, who knows?! I MAY just have a new favorite inlaw in my life soon!

I just think it kinda ironic that this thought came from Shawn, who lives in a country which I hear has tax rates through the roof(yep, I'll NEVER understand that whole "Value Added Tax", i.e. "VAT" thing???!!!) compared to the tax rates here. Found out today that a couple folks I know were in a workplace pool that had 5 of 6 numbers for a 1 million payout. Each is expected to get 44k.
