I have had the FCR-39's installed a few days now.
AWSOME! Just frek'n AWSOME!

Not even in tune and they ROCK!

My idle is rich(11.0 AFR)
My cruise is lean(14.7 to 15.3 AFR), and my WOT is undecipherable.
The clutch starts slipping at 4000 rpm and up. got some "Green" springs on order.

I have an AFR sensor on each header(used testing header) hooked into the Innovate LM-1.
I monitor each lung and rpm.
All the wiring is stuffed in a tank bag.

Hey, does anyone know how to tap into the TPS so i can monitor it with the LM-1?

138 main jet.
Unknown main air jet.
55 slow pilot jet.
Adjustable slow air jet(turns unknown).
Idle mix screw at 3/4 turns out(got 50 and 52 slows on order, hopefully to get me between 1 to 2 turns out ).
FBR Needle(5th clip)

Anyone with some help will be appreciated.(maybe Carlos will read this).

Copper exhaust gasket blended flush with exhaust head.
Excess exhaust header ground to match engine header I.D. with the help of transfer ink.

I can't imagine what these thing will do when dialed in!

Thanks for your ear.

I have played with FCRs some. A list of mods on your motor would be helpful. Intake, cams, pistons, that stuff.
I would say you need to go up considerably on the main fuels. Find out what you main airs are, there is a balancing act there.

Thanks mag10.

Because I know I am slipping clutch plates with the FCR's, I figured that needed fixing before true readings could be monitored.

I'll get that info on everything posted.

Gonna have to heat up the garage.
We're in the low 30's here for the rest of the week.

Again,,,thanks for the reply

Update:

2007 Triumph America. 6000 miles on her.

FCR-39's with billet intakes from TP USA(Thanks Carlos). Billets are gently Port Matched. The head itself is untouched, intake or exhaust.

Exhaust is Port Matched. It's amazing how far off the header casting I.D. is off.

Air Box Removal Kit installed with Uni-Filters filling the air box's spot. 2 1/4" I.D. silicone ducting from filter to carb intake. Plastic and cheese graters installed hiding the filters and ducting(looking stock).

Speedmaster Exhaust with all baffling removed out to perimeter "except" reducer cone and honeycomb CAT. Crossover pipe still connected.

Hot Shot RR installed.

ProCom Igniter not installed yet. Planned on using CMTBSA-06.

Main Jet -- 138
Main Air -- 200
Slow Jet -- 55
Slow Air -- 1 3/8 Turns out
FBR Needle -- 5th Clip
Idle Mix -- 3/4 turn

While in no way claiming to be any sort of arthority on FCRs. My suggestions based on your info of rich on the bottom and lean on top.
Increase the main jets to K150 or K155. Back up the needle to 3 or 4. See what that does. The idle screws need to be adjusted with the bike warm and running in the usual manner, one side at a time. I expect you will be in a bit further. And check your balance as well.
Not having a choke the bike will start (and run) better being a tad rich on the bottom.
