Are we talking a shield to protect the oil filter? I fabbed one for mine so I wouldn't have to worry about it.

I've seen stick on (clear plastic ones) that go on sports bikes.
It would be interesting to know just how many BA riders have lost headlights as a result of a rock or projectile?

Deuk, here's on for a 7" headlight

New Speedmaster.com

It's listed under Bonneville Accessories

You mean somethin' like this that Triumph makes for the Scrambler, Brin?...

If you are, then unfortunately that one will not fit on the BAs/Speedies, as the Scrambler uses a smaller diameter headlight than our bikes.

However, one of these would probably work here...

Yep! Just like a good Single Malt Scotch, you might call me "an acquired taste" TOO.(among the many OTHER things you may care to call me, of course)

Looks like it requires the side mount bolts.

Doesn't look to be the same mounting as shown on the ones from Newspeedmaster.

i've seen the newbonneville one but wasn't sure how it mounted. if they don't mount up easy then the ebay one's look like the better choice since they're cheaper. nobody has one already on their bikes?

Erle, post a picture or a link, of Brent's rock shield. After having perused his site, I cannot find the product?
