02 bonneville america, only bike i've owned, bought new. tpusa 994 big bore, Carillo rods, stage one head work, fcr 39 carbs, bc bomber pipes

Are we talking a shield to protect the oil filter? I fabbed one for mine so I wouldn't have to worry about it.

I've seen stick on (clear plastic ones) that go on sports bikes. It would be interesting to know just how many BA riders have lost headlights as a result of a rock or projectile?

If you are, then unfortunately that one will not fit on the BAs/Speedies, as the Scrambler uses a smaller diameter headlight than our bikes.
However, one of these would probably work here...

i've seen the newbonneville one but wasn't sure how it mounted. if they don't mount up easy then the ebay one's look like the better choice since they're cheaper. nobody has one already on their bikes?
