That is an Indian manufactured RE. Note electric start on front of engine. looks good.

Forgive my ignorance. What might the intended purpose of that BBQ grill mounted left of the rear tyre?

Maybe to keep a saddlebag out of the spokes? Just taking a guess here.
Also, why is there a bar mount to the front forks in the last picture? Is the side car steerable?
Just found my own answer on the RE site.....steering dampener. Carry on.....

Indian women ride side saddle, stop their sari getting into spokes, also has foot rest at bottom of it.
Although I guess it could be removed and used as a BBQ for those camping trips.

Okay guys....pardon my ignorance on mfg, and equipment on this particular machine....what got me to stop and take these pics was the RE brand on the tank. I didn't ask the mechanic much about the bike other than what year it was ....and to my surprise even he didn't know. I just thought it was a cool one lunger. I do like the camping grill idea tho!
