well, thanks to the exorbitant price of bacon anymore we've switched to breakfast sausage anyhow, so I'm set. My kids got tired of having to give blood at the store so that I could have a pound of center cut!

People people people.... easy does it guys, I have a solution. Still comes from the pig tastes in my opinion just as good if not better, and many processing plants just throw it into sausage. It's called JOWL!!! Really, you guys were resorting to turkey bacon. Bluh!
