I have a bike that has 0 luggage and thought this would be a serious good solution for that one road trip etc. cheap leatherIt got here and is lightweight leather. Has rain covers for the bags etc. Its the kind of stuff if you just needed a trip or two out of it. I say its well worth the 60 bucks if you were to buy a set. Mine is hanging in my garage for that just in case moment for lets say a family or friend wants to go with my son and I someplace. We can load up one of the other bikes on the cheap.

Yeah it is a lot for a little. I don't regret buying it at all.

I got this same set for right at $80.00 the first year I had my BA. They looked great but as you can imagine didn't hold up well to the rigors of weather. the finish on the panniers leather did start to peel a bit, but duct tape wasn't required to keep them together. For the price I can't complain. They now sit on my camping gear shelf in the basement destined for either a "garage sale" or other re-purposing (boat bags????). I still use the backpack/sissy bar bag to haul my laptop & other business stuff to/from work.
