I think we can safely say the drought in the SE is officially over. But, let's keep our fingers crossed for the La. and Miss. gulf coast.

Looks like it will make landfall sometime early Wednesday morning or late Tuesday night with 90 mph winds. The LA and MS.coast will get the worst of it. But those of us further inland will still get knocked about pretty good. It's one ride I'm not looking forward to. Too many Katrina flashbacks. However everyone is working hard to get prepared. Keep us all in your prayers, especially New Orleans as it looks like its lining up on them.
Its more fun to be ridin'! I'm still ridin

Despite all the fear mongering from our local news, I new this
storm was going to miss south florida. When it comes up from the
south of the Puerto Rico/Hispañola/Jamaica/Cuba line of
4000' mountains, it always takes a left & heads up the Gulf.
Good luck to all on the Gulf Coast.

Good news, Isaac a only a Cat 1, but slow moving, the rain could be the killer. Keep the hope up for the gulf coast.
