It's hard for me too, JR. I knew FJ personally... he had stayed with me at my abode. As you may have noticed, I've been just shy of absent from this site since Friar departed. But please don't go... keep this site alive and vibrant by way of continued support. Your contribution is so appreciated and important, as is everyone else around here. Friar wanted this family to advance AND grow together. In his honour we are obliged to remain a part of that.
The other day I rode over FR's favourite road, also simply known as "John's Road." I assure you in my heart and yours, John lives on as an inspiration to us all. He was our friend and still is, and like you I miss him immensely. Carry on as if FJ was still here... because he IS in our hearts. Thanks for posting, Yota!
